1. What is SMS?

   SMS is an abbreviation for Short Message Service (SMS). This allows you to send maximum text characters up to 160 from an internet connected computer to any mobile phone around the globe.

2. What are credit points?
   SMS My Business uses a system of credit points. You purchase credit points from SMS My Business via a secure online Payment system. Your account is debited at the applicable rate each time you use the SMS My Business service. This system allows you to receive discounts when you buy a large amount of credit points.
3. What are bonus credit points?
   If you buy a large amount of credits, you will get cheaper rates per credit, refer rate card.
4. How much does it cost to use SMS My Business Text service?
   The Rate Card for SMSmyBusiness text messages are shown in the SMSmyBusiness Web Page. Cost per SMS text message is low as 10cents; refer SMS My Business rate card.
5. What account fees are charged for account holders?
   There are no account keeping fees or set up fees.
6. Can I get my transaction history for a selected period?
   Yes, a record of all your transactions can be viewed in your personal account log.
7. Do my SMSmyBusiness credit points expire?
   No, the credits do not expire.
8. How do I purchase SMS myBusiness credit points?
   Once you have registered for SMS My Business services, you can purchase your credit points through SMS My Business’ secure online system using your credit card or Pay Pal services. Alternatively you can send us an email requesting details for making payments through Bank Transfer.
   
9. Can I send SMS messages to mobile phones overseas?
   Yes, SMS My Business supports most of the major telecommunications networks around the world. A full list of coverage countries and respective costs are included in SMS My Business Web site.
10. How long does it take for an SMS message to reach the destination?
    SMS text messages can be delivered instantly. However, delivery of messages may vary due to various factors such as network congestion, signal strengths, etc.
    
11. Can I tell if an SMS I sent was received?
    After sending your SMS message, there will be a link to check the delivery status of the message. This depends on which telecommunications network was used to deliver the service, as some networks do not provide this feature.
